Glorified Rice

  • 2 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple, drained
  • 1 small container Cool Whip
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding, mixed with pineapple juice from can of pineapple

Directions

    Make jello according to package directions.

    Make rice according to package directions.

    Put pineapple in refrigerator. Chill jello, rice and pineapple in their separate containers for 24 hours.

    Next day, fold together jello, pineapple and rice. Then blend together pineapple juice, pudding mix and Cool Whip. Fold into jello mixture.

    Chill 2 hours before serving.

    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
