Ingredients
- 100 g brown rice flour
- 100 g oat flour (rolled oats, ground up)
- 100 g tapioca starch
- 30 g ground flax seeds
- 30 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 8 g guar gum
- 8 g yeast
- 3 eggs
- 160 g water
- 40 g olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
Directions

1mix yeast with 60 g of warm water and 1 tsp sugar. let sit until bubbly, about 10 minute.

2mix eggs, remaining 100g water, olive oil and cider vinegar with mixer.

3add yeast mixture.

4add dry ingredients and mix well, for about 2 minutes.

5pour into a bread (or loaf) pan, cover and allow to rise in a warm place until double in size (may take an hour or so, if warmer, may not take that long).

6preheat oven to 350.

7Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
