  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup gluten flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mckay's poultry seasoning
  • 1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 2 12 cups boiling water

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Mix all dry ingredients.

    Dissolve McKay's seasoning, soy sauce and olive oil in boiling water.

    Add to dry ingredients, all at once.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Bake in 9x13 pan for 45 min covered, then an additional 15 min uncovered.
