- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup gluten flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mckay's poultry seasoning
- 1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 14 cup olive oil
- 2 12 cups boiling water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix all dry ingredients.

3Dissolve McKay's seasoning, soy sauce and olive oil in boiling water.

4Add to dry ingredients, all at once.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Bake in 9x13 pan for 45 min covered, then an additional 15 min uncovered.
