- 3 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- spaghetti sauce
- grated cheese
Directions

1Boil potatoes and mash.

2Spread on board to cool.

3Add eggs; mix well.

4Add flour slowly to make soft, pliable dough.

5Cut and roll into 1-inch size pieces.

6Drop gnocchi into boiling salted water.

7Cover and simmer until gnocchi come to surface and are tender.

8Drain well.

9In serving dish, add spaghetti sauce and mix gently.
