- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. unsifted all purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. grated natural Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1In medium saucepan, combine 1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter and 1 tsp. salt; bring to boiling.

2Remove from heat.

3With wooden spoon, beat in 1 c. flour.

4Over low heat, beat mixture until it leaves side of pan and forms a ball-1 to 2 minutes.

5Remove from heat.

6Add eggs, one at a time, beating with electric mixer or wooden spoon after each addition until well blended; continue beating until dough is shiny and satiny.

7Stir in 1/4 c. cheese and the mustard until well blended.
