  • 1/4 cups Diced Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Diced Onion
  • 4 ounces, fluid Pepperoni, Sliced In Half
  • 3/4 pounds Cooked Sausage
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
  • 12 ounces, fluid Pasta Sauce
  • 1 pound Mini Gnocchi
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheese

Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine bell pepper, onions, pepperoni, sausage and garlic.

    Then stir in the Italian cheese and pasta sauce and mix well.

    In a medium saucepan, cook then drain the gnocchi and dump it in a casserole dish.

    Pour the meat, cheese and sauce mixture over gnocchi and stir to mix.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

    Top with the colby jack cheese and cook for another 10 minutes until bubbly.

    Serve with warm garlic bread and enjoy!
