  • 1 pkg. frozen gnocchi
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 slice honey-baked ham (1/4 inch thick)
  • 1 medium size can peas
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. basil spice
  • 2 pkg. frozen butternut squash
  • 2 c. applesauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 4 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise 1/8 inch thick
  • 6 to 8 eggs
  • 6 to 8 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except zucchini) well with a fork.

    Wash zucchini, slice them while wet and flour them.

    Put 1 or 2 zucchini slices in egg mixture at a time.

    Cover them completely with egg mixture.
