- 1 red onion
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper chili
- 2 garlic cloves
- 500 grams goat chopped kid
- olive oil

- ground black pepper
- 1 yellow pepper diced
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable broth
- 8 hamburger buns tacos or 4
- 8 lettuce leaves
- grated cheese
- basil optional
Directions

1Cut the onions in thin slices, and dice the pepper.

5Cook the chopped meat in a skillet over low heat with a little olive oil.

8Add yellow pepper, chili, tomato sauce, brown sugar, and broth.

10Adjust seasoning, place a lettuce leaf in each taco, add the meat, and garnish with a little cheese and basil.
