Golden Chocolate Cake

  • 18 ounces yellow cake mix, no pudding in mix
  • 3 1/2 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 chocolate candy bars, chopped
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.

    Mix cake mix, pudding, water, oil and eggs on low setting until moist. Then beat on high for 2 minutes.

    Add sour cream, mix well.

    Fold in chopped chocolate bars, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut.

    Bake for 60 - 65 minutes.

    Cool for 15 minutes and turn out from pan.

    Cool completely prior to serving.
