  • 2 c. whole kernel corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or oil

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Beat eggs well.
