- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 c. minced onion
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 can tomatoes (2 1/2 c.)
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 12 oz. grated Mozzarella
- 6 to 8 lasagna noodles
Directions

1Day before or early in the day, cook sauce.

2In hot oil, saute the onion.

3Add beef and cook until red color disappears. Slice garlic; mash with salt. Add to meat with pepper, oregano, parsley, tomatoes, tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

4Refrigerate until ready to serve.
