Golden Lemon Cake

- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 4 eggs
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Combine all cake ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2Beat at low speed until moistened, then at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 12 cup tube pan.

3Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

4Let cool 10 minutes, then remove cake and place on wire rack.

5When cool, use a toothpick and poke holes in top of cake. Pour glaze

6over top and sides of cake.

7Allow to cool completely before cutting.
