- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, sliced
Directions

1Melt margarine in skillet over low heat.

2Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.

3Pour into skillet.

4Cook slowly.

5As egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.

6Place 3 slices of Velveeta on omelet.

7Fold in half. Remove from skillet.

8Top with remaining Velveeta.

9Makes 3 to 4 servings.
