- 2 pounds Ground Chuck
- 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce (i Use Lea And Perrins)
- 2 whole Eggs, Slighly Beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

3Roll mixture into golf ball size portions.

4Place on a foil lined, sprayed with Pam, 13x9 casserole dish.

5Cook 25 minutes, turn over, and continue cooking for 20 minutes longer.

6Remove from casserole dish to your favorite spaghetti sauce or gravy, serve over hot cooked pasta or rice.

7Makes great subs too.
