  • 2 pounds Ground Chuck
  • 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce (i Use Lea And Perrins)
  • 2 whole Eggs, Slighly Beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

    Roll mixture into golf ball size portions.

    Place on a foil lined, sprayed with Pam, 13x9 casserole dish.

    Cook 25 minutes, turn over, and continue cooking for 20 minutes longer.

    Remove from casserole dish to your favorite spaghetti sauce or gravy, serve over hot cooked pasta or rice.

    Makes great subs too.
