- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 qt. popped corn
Directions

1Bring first 3 ingredients

2to a boil.

3Boil for 5 minutes.

4Remove from stove.

5Add soda, cream of tartar and salt. Pour over the popped corn. Stir until covered.

6Bake 1 hour at 200°.

7Shake or stir with wooden spoon every 10 to 15 minutes while baking.
