- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) jar Ragu thick and hearty with mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 large container (24 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown ground chuck in frying pan with minced garlic; salt and pepper.

2Drain off any grease.

3Add jar of Ragu and simmer. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to directions.

4Do not overcook. Run cold water over noodles, so they won't stick.

5Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.

6Mix cottage cheese and egg together in separate bowl.

7Layer lasagna beginning with noodles on bottom, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, sauce and Parmesan cheese.

8Repeat. Bake at 300° for 35 to 40 minutes.
