- 8 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and divided
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water to cover for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Add 3 tablespoons butter and remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.

4Spoon into a serving bowl; drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Serve immediately.

5Yields 6 to 8 servings.
