  • 8 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
  • 1 pkg. Swiss cheese slices
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. white wine or water
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Directions

    Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Lay cheese slices over chicken.

    Mix soup and wine and pour over chicken and cheese. Spread stuffing mix over all and spread out evenly.

    Drizzle butter over stuffing.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    This can be made the night before and baked the next day for 50 minutes if cold.
