Good Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. celery
  • 1/3 c. onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk (plus or minus)
  • 2 cans drained tuna
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/2 jar pimientos
  • 1 1/2 c. dried curly noodles or macaroni, cooked, drained and rinsed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small can English peas *

Directions

    Saute celery and onion in small amount of oil.

    Add soup and milk.
  3. 3
    Heat until smooth, stirring constantly.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Place in casserole dish and bake at 325° for about 30 minutes.

    Spread crushed potato chips on top.

    Serve. Delicious!
