- 3 goose breasts
- 6 spuds (potatoes)
- 3 onions, sliced
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 large orange, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Take a 9 x 11-inch pan, spray or grease; layer the 3 goose breasts that have been cut thin horizontally, sliced spuds, sliced onions and salt and pepper to taste.

2Cover with bacon; put sliced orange over top.

3Pour barbecue sauce over the whole thing.

4Seal pan tightly with tinfoil.

5Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
