  • 2 Slices of leftover chicken or turkey breast
  • 2 Marinated roasted peppers and juice
  • 1 Dollop of Greek yogurt plain or sour cream
  • 2 Tomato slices
  • 4 Basil leaves
  • 1 Muenster cheese slice
  • 1 Butter

Directions

    Melt butter in pan.

    Add one bread slice.

    Top with cheese and chicken.

    Top with peppers and a little bit of juice.

    Add tomatoes and basil.

    Pull of pan and place on plate.

    Add more butter to pan.

    Add another bread slice.

    Pull off pan and top your sandwich.
