- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3 onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- 1 large can tomatoes, crushed
- 1 medium box elbow macaroni
Directions

1Brown meat and onions in pan.

2Cook macaroni as directed on box until almost done while meat and onion brown.

3Drain macaroni and add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

4Pour fat off ground beef.

5Add to the drained macaroni.

6Stir well and let simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.

7(You may want to add more tomatoes or medium can of juice if you want to be more juicier.)

8This is good served with tossed green salad and French bread.
