- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lg can diced tomatoes
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- garlic salt (optional)
Directions

1Boil elbow macaroni according to directions on box until almost done.

2Drain.

3Brown ground beef, add onion.

4Drain off fat.

5Combine ground beef mixture with tomatoes and macaroni. Season to taste with salt and pepper and garlic salt if desired. Simmer 5 - 10 minutes. Serve with garlic bread. Better than Hamburger Helper.
