- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. mustard
- 1 large onion, sliced
- dash of red pepper
Directions

1Brown meat and onion.

2Pour off excess fat.

3Mix remaining ingredients with 1 cup water and simmer until meat is fork-tender. Add extra water as needed.

4Thicken stew with cornstarch that has been mixed with water (little).

5Serve with rice or egg noodles.
