- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small pkg. egg noodles
- salt, pepper and garlic salt
- 1 can water
Directions

1Brown and crumble hamburger meat in large skillet.

2Chop up onion and bell pepper.

3Add to hamburger meat.

4Brown until soft. Add tomatoes and enough water to make gravy.

5Add seasonings. Cook on low heat 45 minutes.

6Add noodles.

7Cook 10 minutes or until noodles are done.

8Serve with corn bread and salad.
