- 3 to 5 lb. onions
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 diced green pepper
- 2 or 3 hot banana peppers
Directions

1Cut kielbasa into small half wafers and brown in skillet.

2Cut onions in eighths and cook down in skillet.

3Add whole tomatoes diced (with liquid), green pepper and hot peppers with seeds and veins.

4Cook down for 2 to 3 hours.

5Better the second day.

6Serve with rye bread.
