  • small beef roast
  • 2 c. potatoes
  • 2 c. carrots
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 2 c. green beans
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Add a little cornstarch to thicken broth just slightly. Add vegetables and cook until done.
