- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 (12 oz.) can corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans tomato sauce or 1 small can tomatoes
- 1 can water
- 1 lb. hamburger
- grated cheese for top
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1Cook macaroni as directed on package.

2Melt margarine in large skillet.

3Add onion, bell pepper and meat; saute until tender. Add tomato sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Simmer 20 minutes.

4Combine with macaroni and corn.

5Place mixture in 2-quart casserole or Pyrex pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

6Top with cheese during last 10 minutes of baking.
