  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Defrost hash browns; lay on paper towels to dry with salt and pepper.

    Mix with soup, sour cream and cheese.

    Mix butter and corn flakes and spread on top.
