- 3 large tomatoes
- salt
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1/4 c. green onions and tops
Directions

1Cut tomatoes into 3/4-inch thick slices and sprinkle with salt.

2Set aside 2 tablespoons of the cheese.

3Cook broccoli and drain.

4Combine remaining cheese and onion with broccoli.

5Place tomato slices on baking sheet.

6Spoon the broccoli mixture on tomatoes and sprinkle with reserved cheese.

7Broil 7 to 8 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese bubbles.

8Serves 6.
