  • 1 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Whisk eggs in, one at a time; whisk thoroughly. Then add sugar, butter and salt. Keep stirring, about 5 minutes. Do not overcook or eggs will curdle.
