- 6 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Brown chops and arrange in baking dish.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Combine soup, water and thyme.

4Heat, then add parsley, sour cream and 1/2 of the onion rings.

5Pour over chops. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

6Sprinkle on rest of the onion rings.

7Bake 5 minutes more.
