  • 9 medium potatoes
  • 6 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • bread crumbs

Directions

    Boil, peel and grate potatoes.

    Mix with other ingredients. Place in greased casserole.

    Top with crumbs (cracker or corn flake crumbs may be used).

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Casserole may be prepared and refrigerated overnight.
