- 5 big potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
- 1 chopped onion (if desired)
Directions

1Boil potatoes in their skins until tender.

2Let cool, then peel off skins and shred potatoes in shredder.

3Mix with soft butter, sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese.

4Stir all together with onion.

5Put mixture in a long, glass pan.

6Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
