- graham crackers (chocolate)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- coconut, shredded
Directions

1Grind crackers in food processor.

2In a mixing bowl stir with a wooden spoon the softened butter with the powdered sugar for 1 minute until soft.

3Mix the ground crackers with the butter mixture and egg.

4Spread coconut all over a sheet of wax paper. Roll the mixture into balls and then roll into coconut until the ball is fully covered.

5Refrigerate for better taste.
