- whole graham crackers
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. finely crushed graham crackers
- Frosting (recipe follows)
Directions

1Line 9 x 12-inch casserole dish with whole graham crackers. Melt margarine in saucepan.

2Add and bring to a boil the egg, sugar, milk and vanilla.

3Remove from heat and add the next 3 ingredients.

4Spread mixture over graham crackers.

5Add another layer of whole graham crackers.

6Top with frosting.

7Refrigerate before cutting into small servings.

8Keeps well in refrigerator for weeks if tightly covered.
