- whole graham crackers
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Arrange whole crackers in bottom of an 11 x 9-inch pan. Combine in saucepan the milk, sugar, flour, butter and beaten egg. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat.

2Add the nuts, coconut, crumbs and vanilla; mix well.

3Spoon over crackers in pan.

4Top with whole graham crackers.
