- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 1 3/4 c. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 box white raisins
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 small bottle vanilla flavoring
- 1 small bottle lemon flavoring
- 4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar; add well beaten eggs.

2Chop fruit and nuts; mix with 1 cup flour.

3Sift together remaining flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture.

4Add fruit, nuts and flavoring; mix well.

5Pour batter into tube pan, lined with brown paper or waxed paper and greased.

6Place in cold oven and bake at 300°.
