Graham Cracker Coconut Cake

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 lb. graham crackers
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 large pkg. coconut
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Mix margarine and sugar; cream together.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add milk and graham cracker crumbs alternately.

    Add vanilla, baking powder, coconut and pecans.

    Put in 3 greased and floured cake pans and bake at 350° until done (approximately 25 to 30 minutes).
