  • 24 graham crackers
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Spray cookie sheet with vegetable spray.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Arrange crackers on large cookie sheet with edges touching. Fill all spaces with crackers.

    Boil butter, sugar and nuts 2 minutes at rapid boil. Remove from heat.

    Spoon evenly over crackers. Bake 10 minutes (about). Check frequently since ovens vary and these burn quickly. Cut by pressing spatula into warm cookies. Allow to cool.
