- 1 pound graham crackers/wafers
- 16 ounces maraschino cherries
- 15 ounces raisins, seedless
- 1 pound nuts chopped
- 1 pound marshmallows
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg ground
Directions

1Crumb crackers in processor.

2Halve cherries.

3Blend in very large bowl crumbs, raisins, nuts, cherries (and juice), and nutmeg.

4Set aside.

5In a large saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows and butter.

6Add to crumb mixture and blend well with hands.

7Wash hands.

8Line cracker box with foil.

9Pack mixture into box and chill several hours until firm.

10To vary: use green and red cherries and/or a small amount of candied fruit.
