Enriched wheat flour bleached (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, rye flour, yeast, wheat gluten, ground caraway seeds, contains 2% or less of the following: molasses, high fructose corn syrup, soybean oil, salt, vinegar, dough conditioners (monoglycerides, ascorbic acid), yeast nutrients (calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate), enzyme, soy lecithin.
