- 1 (3 oz.) box sugar-free lime gelatin
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons Key lime nonfat yogurt
- 1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat whipped topping, thawed
- 1 graham cracker pie crust (low-fat, 9-inch)
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

3Fold in whipped topping; mix well. Fill pie crust and refrigerate for 12 hours. Garnish with lime slices or mint leaves.
