- 1/2 c. nut meats
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- pinch of salt

1Crush the graham crackers.

3Beat egg whites; add salt and 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into yolk mixture.

4Butter a pie plate well.
