- 18 graham crackers
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- salt
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients; reserve 2/3 cup for top of pie. Press rest into pie pan for crust.

2Cook remaining ingredients in double boiler until thick.

3Add egg whites of 3 beaten eggs to cool custard.

4Put in pie crust and cover with remaining topping crumbs.

5Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
