- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Cook cornstarch, egg yolks (beaten), sugar (1/2 cup), milk and butter in saucepan.

2Cool and add vanilla.

3Pour into graham cracker crust, then beat whites of eggs stiff with 3 tablespoons sugar and put on top of custard.

4Crush some graham crackers and put on top of egg whites.

5Bake at 350° about 1/2 hour.
