- 1 lb. graham crackers
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs, beaten well
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine rolled and fine crumbed graham crackers, sugar, baking powder, salt and raisins. Add vanilla and milk with beaten eggs. Add the dry ingredients.

2Dates and nuts may be substituted for the raisins.

3Pour batter into an 11 x 7-inch pan that has been lightly buttered. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
