- 2 packages gelatin, unflavored
- 3 cups milk
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 13 cups sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- to taste graham cracker crumbs
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in milk.

2Mix in sugar, salt and egg yolks.

3Be sure yolks are completely mixed in.

4Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to thicken.

5Do not let boil.

6Cool until firm.

7Beat egg whites until stiff.

8Set aside.

9Beat cooled mixture until creamy.

10Fold in Cool Whip and vanilla.

11Fold in egg whites.

12Place a layer of crumbs on the bottom of a serving bowl.

13Pour pudding in and top with more cracker crumbs.
