- 2 c. crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 well beaten egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. cream, whipped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix crushed crackers and sugar and butter; press into a rectangle dish for 10 to 15 minutes and cool.

2Scald milk and add sugar and beaten yolks.

3Cook until spoon is coated.

4Remove from fire and add gelatin softened in 1/4 cup cold water.

5Cool and add whipped cream and vanilla.

6Pour into baked crust and sprinkle a few crumbs on top.

7Place in refrigerator for several hours.
