  • 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. rum, flavoring
  • 54 graham crackers (2 sections = 1 cracker)
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cherries, chopped

    Whip cream, sugar and rum together.

    Arrange 9 crackers in a square.

    Spread with a thin layer of cream and top with slices of banana.
